Top Girls Bikes

Once girls get old enough to head out on their own, getting them a bike may be the perfect way for them to start getting out and about safely and quickly. Dropping round to a friend’s house, or out for the day in a group can be made so much more fun with a bike, and will also give your child that physical activity that is so important each day, making sure she is healthier and happier as she grows.

Moving up from a trike or ride on is a big step for any little girl, and the best way to make it something she is excited to do and thus will try harder to learn, is to get her a bike that she can adore and want to show off to family and friends. There are plenty of great girls bikes out there, but here are some of the best, so you’ll know she’ll be thrilled with her new bike!

The Disney Princess 16” Girls Bike is perfect for little princesses and those looking for something a bit more unique with a fun and cheerful design. The bike is the perfect size for girls who are ready to try their first real bike and has plenty of cute features so she doesn’t feel forced into using a really grown up bike too soon. The bike is a cool pink and white design that should appeal to most girls and has pink pom pom streamers that girls will love as they go whizzing around! Not only this, but the Disney Princess bike also comes with a pink bag which can be used to keep all of the things she’ll need for a day out, or even her favourite doll, so that she can really enjoy her time out on the bike. The bike also comes with a purple water bottle in a holder so that it is easy to carry around, and can be filled with her favourite drink to encourage her as she learns how to ride a bike for the first time.

A really cool bike that will be a bit different and draw admiring glances from her friends is the Shwinn Stingray 16” bike, which has a chopper style with a funky saddle seat that will make her cycling adventures just that bit more exciting. The Shwinn Stingray also has streamers, which add a fun touch to this slightly less girly bike, being in a purple colour scheme designed to appeal to girls who may be girly but don’t want everything to be pink. The bike also has a chain guard which makes it a bit less complicated and easier to ride, and has a cool and attractive design throughout to make it stand out from a crowd.

Whichever bike you choose for your little girl, make sure it is something she can be proud of and you can be sure she’ll do her best to learn how to ride it in no time at all!
